About this experience
Known as the Top of Europe, Jungfraujoch attracts visitors from around the world, but the experience starts long before you arrive at the summit. The route passes through mountain villages, dramatic valleys, and some of the most recognised scenery in the Swiss Alps.
Travelling through Wengen and Kleine Scheidegg, you'll gain a better understanding of why this region has become one of Switzerland's most visited destinations. The landscape constantly changes, from green valleys and traditional villages to glaciers and high-altitude viewpoints.
At Jungfraujoch, explore attractions such as the Ice Palace, Alpine Sensation, and the Sphinx Observation Deck. Along the way, the railway passes Eismeer Station, offering views of the glacier landscape that surrounds the famous Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks.
The day also includes time in Lauterbrunnen, home to Staubbach Falls, and Interlaken, the gateway to the Bernese Oberland. Together, these places help tell the story of a region that has shaped how many people imagine Switzerland long before they ever visit.
